Overachiever (0.50)

Change Log:
--------------------
The change log lists changes of particular note to users, not every change made.

v0.50
- "Turkey Lurkey": Option added to show whether you need to use your Turkey Shooter on players in their tooltips.
- Options that add reminders to tooltips are now in their own interface options panel (a sub-category to the main Overachiever panel) and they have had their checkbox text simplified.
- When /oa would open to an interface options panel, the new Reminder Tooltips panel is used.
- Achievement name labels now include icons that can be interacted with: Mouse-over to see achievement details, click to open to the achievement, shift+click to link to chat.
- "It's Happy Hour Somewhere" and "Tastes Like Chicken": Consumed item tracking now occurs whether or not the option to show tooltip reminders about these achievements is enabled.
- Suggestions Tab: Fixed an issue where the tab key didn't always cycle through locations when it should.

v0.48
- Suggestions Tab: Zone/instance and subzone override options added. Use them to see suggestions for locations far and near without actually traveling there!
- "Check Your Head": Fixed an issue where some races were associated with the wrong criteria.

v0.47
- "Check Your Head": Option added to show whether you need to use a Weighted Jack-o'-Lantern on players in their tooltips.
- Suggestions Tab: Implemented proper differentiation between 10- and 25-man raid achievements and proper detection of whether the player is in a Heroic instance, whether it is a 10- or 25-man raid instance, and (when not in an instance) the current raid/dungeon difficulty settings.
- Suggestions Tab: Many new suggestions added: Ulduar, Icecrown's Argent Tournament, Isle of Conquest, Onyxia's Lair (level 80 version), and more.
- Kill Creature Achievements: Now only shows a reminder if the player can attack the unit. This prevents reminders to destroy certain siege weapons (which can be either friendly or hostile) while they are friendly,...

Description:
--------------------
Tools and tweaks to make the lives of players seeking Achievements a little bit easier.

Most features listed here are optional. Options can be found using the /oa command or at Interface Options -> AddOns tab -> Overachiever.

General:

Slash commands to search for achievements by name.* (Also see the "Search tab" feature.)
Ctrl+click on an achievement link to open the GUI to that achievement. Ctrl+click again to track it.
Remember achievement tracking between sessions and resume when you log in.
Automatically track timed achievements when the timer starts.

Achievement Tooltip Enhancements:

Add information from progress bars and normally-hidden progress information. (For example, "Progress: 5/10" or "Assault 2 bases (0/2).")
Compare progress using chat links: Display your progress below that of the player who linked the achievement.
Optionally add the achievement's ID to its tooltip. (Convenient for addon authors.)

GUI Enhancements:

Draggable Frames: The achievement frame is draggable.†
Search tab added to the UI to search for achievements by name, description, reward, and more.‡
Suggestions tab added to the UI that suggests achievements based on your current situation: Location, recent tooltip reminders from this addon, etc.‡
Cooking Trade Skill UI:‡

Display icons next to recipes you need to cook for "The Northrend Gourmet" and "The Outland Gourmet." Ctrl+click on one of these recipes to open the UI to the achievement that requires it.
Works with the default UI, Advanced Trade Skill Window, Skillet, and lilsparky's branch of Skillet. (Users of lilsparky's b...

Change Log:
--------------------
0.2
rActionBarStyler should be fully supported now.

Description:
--------------------
This is a test version and I have only personally tested it with rActionBarStyler (no hidden bars) during a raid.

This Add-On fades out all action buttons and then show them when the action is on cooldown

If you use it with conjunction with OmniCC, try disabling Cooldown Models and it will look really nice.

Please leave comments if there's something not working.

If you're not happy with the Alpha just open core.lua and change it.
Right now you can not use 0 (zero) as Alpha because of how rActionBarStyler works but you could probably use 0.01 or something similar.

local ReadyAlpha = 0.3
local CooldownAlpha = 1

Supported Add-Ons (Needs more testing!)
Dominos
* Updated localization

Description:
--------------------
Have a question? Check the Bagnon wiki first!

Bagnon is an addon that merges all of your bags into three frames: One for your inventory, one for your bank, and one for your keyring. Beyond the basic all-in-one inventory functionality, Bagnon also provides the following features:
Items can be colored based on quality
Quest items can be highlighted
Text searching (see syntax below)
Offline viewing of inventory information from your other characters (via Bagnon_Forever or Bagnon_Armory)
Databroker plugin support. Both the inventory and bank frames allow you to display a databroker plugin in the bottom left corner. I find this works well with things like Currency Tracker

Included Addons:
Bagnon - Provides single window displays for your inventory, bank, and keyring
Bagnon_Config - Provides a means of configuring said frames :P
Bagnon_Forever - Enables the ability to view your character's bank, or items from any other character on the same server, from anywhere. (You need to log onto each character at least once for this to work).
Bagnon_Tooltips - When hovering over an item, this tells you who has an item, and where.

Slash Commands:
All commands can start with either /bagnon or /bgn
/bagnon keys - Toggles the keyring frame
/bagnon bags - Toggles the inventory frame
/bagnon bank - Toggles the bank frame
/bagnon config - Displays the main options menu

Search Syntax:
Bagnon 2.0 uses the same search syntax as Combuctor.
Typing a search without any modifiers will perform a "smart" search. For example, typi...
Description:
--------------------
Simple addon, all this does is speeds up triggering actions by making them happen when you press a key or press your mouse rather than releasing them. It's setup to work with all of the default Blizzard action bars as well as totem summoning and recalling. It will automatically work with any addon that uses the default Blizzard system for key bindings (Game Menu -> Key Bindings). Even if an addon doesn't work with Speedy Actions I can add a module to make it work, just see below.

There is no real performance cost from using this addon either, the work it does is out of combat and while in combat the only "cost" is that of executing a key binding.

Slash commands: /speedyactions (/sa, /speedyaction)

Known addons to work with
* BindPad
* Dominos
* Bartender4
* VuhDo
* Clique

Even if an addon isn't on the list, odds are it will work fine and even if it doesn't adding a module is easy enough.

<addon> does not work with this?!
If you find an addon that does not work with Speedy Actions, post a comment with the download page and I will work on making a module to make that addon work with Speedy Actions.

<addon> is already supported but a button didn't work
Should you find an addon that is already listed as working, but a button isn't being sped up then do this:
Mouse over the button that isn't working and run /script print(GetMouseFocus():GetName() or "<unnamed frame>") then post the addon name and the results of the script and I'll get it fixed

Description:
--------------------
Have a question? Check out the Dominos wiki first!

Dominos is an action bar addon intended to do the following:
Reuse as much standard blizzard action button code as possible.
Contain a relatively minimal feature set
Be easy to use
Be stable

It includes the following features:
10 action bars, pet, class, menu, and bag bars. Each one has customizable settings for padding, spacing, columns, scale, and opacity.
A movable experience/reputation bar.
Customizable paging. You can switch pages on: action bar pages, modifier keys, forms, and targeting.
Customizable show states. You can tell your bar under which macro options to show.
Fading bars. You can set your bars to fade out to a certain opacity when not moused over.
The ability to customize showing empty buttons or not
Full button facade support
Keybound support
Sticky frames
The ability to move buttons in combat
A movable casting bar (optional)
A movable roll frame (optional)
Configurable right click targeting
Configurable self cast key settings
Possess bar support

...and will probably not end up with the following:
A stats bar
A minimap bar
True variable length bars

Here's how you use it:
To see the current list of slash commands, type /dom ? or /dominos ?
To open up the options menu, either go into interface options, or type /dom
To move bars around, either go into the options menu and press the "Enter Config Mode" button, or type /dom lock
To bind keys, enter binding mode via /kb or /keybound, or press the "Enter Binding Mode" button in the options menu.

...and this is why I wrote it:
I have significantly less time to code now than I did previously. Dominos is intended to be easier to mainta...
v1.1.5
fixed the parser

Description:
--------------------
Warning mounts will not be parsed correctly unless you are using a enUS or koKR client
macro selection around Dalaran/Wintergrasp might be incorrect unless you are using a enUS or frFR client
basically if you are not in enUS some stuff will be off till the following get translated
L = true -- Zone name for AQ40
L = true -- Zone name for Dalaran
L = true -- SubZone name in Dalaran
L = true -- SubZone name in Dalaran
L = true -- Zonee name for Wintergrasp
L = "extremely%s+fast" -- tooltip text equivalent for "extremely fast"
L = "very%s+fast" -- tooltip text equivalent for "very fast"
if you have a translation that need to be added submit it in a UTF-8 formated text file here

With the coming of WoW 3.0 we may now have as many mounts as we want since we learn them and do not have to carry them in you bags.

Thus my dilemma which mount shall i use and how can i chose them easily out of the mess of mounts found in the mounts tab.

Out of this Mounted was born. Instead of mucking about with secure code and make buttons that have to be skinned and carefully placed in your UI i instead chose to utilize the macro functions. Thus enabling you to simply use any actionbar mod.

So what does mounted actually do for you?
It will create a macro called Mounted in your global macro space this way you only use one slot and not one per character.

It will scan through all your mounts (and druid forms travel/flight) and create a list and sort them by speed.

It will then analyze your surroundings and edit the Mounted macro.

If you can fly then it will chose a random flying mount from the fastest category it will also chose a random ground mount to be used when using a modifier with the macro.

If you can not fly it will simply chose a random g...

Change Log:
--------------------
================================================================================
1.1 - 11/25/2009

Added complete support for Dominos and Bindpad. At this time, there are no known
incompatibilites with any addons.

Added a user configuration file to control which keys are accelerated.

================================================================================
1.0 - 11/15/2009

First full release version.

Description:
--------------------
*** New in 1.1: "Compatibility with everything" (TM) and user configuration of keys to be accelerated ***

This addon accelerates key bindings so that they are activated by key press rather than key release. This allows you to activate your abilities faster than you could otherwise. This can really make a difference for situations where you need to react quickly, like when casting heals, when interrupting spells, or in PvP. In these situations, the addon can have an effect similar to reducing your network latency by 100ms. Of course, the exact impact depends entirely upon how much time you personally spend between key press and release.

"Dude, this addon is going to increase my DPS by so much!" No, it's not. DPS rotations (or even priority systems) are not to any great extent affected by latency. Because they're predictable, good players can anticipate what's coming next and compensate for latency. In fact, if you're a good player who is already compensating for the press-to-release latency, you may actually find that your DPS goes down when you first use this addon until you learn to readjust to the reduced latency. Find a target dummy and practice your rotation until you're comfortable with the changed timing.

This version provides full acceleration for all addons that I've tested, including Bartender4, Bindpad, Dominos, and OPie. I'm not aware of any incompatibilities. If you find an addon whose key bindings are not accelerated by SnowfallKeyPress, please let me know.

SnowfallKeyPress doesn't accelerate mouse button clicks on frames, but it will accelerate mouse button clicks if those mouse buttons are bound using key bindings. This means that although SnowfallKeyPress is compatible with click-casting addons like Vuhdo and Clique, it won't accelerate their mouse clicks. Vuhdo already provides its own mouse click acceleration, though, and perhaps Clique will at some point, as well. Until then, you can add support yourself by editing Clique\Clique.lua,...
Description:
--------------------
Quick Auctions is for people who want to automate auction posting and cancelling and don't want to deal with checking 50 auctions, seeing if they were undercut, cancelling and repeating. While this is primarily meant for automating large quantities of auctions it works fine for a few auctions too. This does require a little bit of tweaking for yourself, but the latest version provides a GUI configuration and is much easier to setup and manage. Also includes a summary window that lets you quickly see the status of a group of items on the auction house and queue items for the craft queue to make it easier to see the status of an entire segment of the Auction House market.

This is still a work in progress, while it should be stable and not have any major issues I make no promises etc etc.

Slash command: /qa (/quickauctions)

Donations
Donations are appreciated (but not necessary), and Quick Auctions is cheaper than buying gold! (And not against the ToS!)

http://www.pledgie.com/campaigns/4195.png?skin_name=chrome

Groups
Unlike the original Quick Auctions, you now set everything up through grouping, you still set default item options but you can then set if you want to override them on a per group bases letting you get more complex configuration without having to duplicate the same settings over and over. Items are set to be managed by Quick Auctions by adding them into a group, there is no limit to how many groups you can create and it is easy to add items to them, see the configuration with /qa config to setup groups.

General options
Smart undercutting - Instead of always using the undercut value, it will round it to the nearest gold piece if possible (10g99s -> 10g, 5g -> 5g - undercut price)
Smart cancel - Cancels auctions a bit smarter than usual, will cancel an item if you can re list it at a higher price and won't cancel it if items are below...

ractionbuttonstyler skin - Lunas 1pixel skin
____________________________________________

A button skin with a 1 pixel border. The difference to other 1 pixel skins is the hover and pushed texture. When you hover the button the background goes teal and when you push it the background goes black. I think this looks better than other 1 pixel skin, because often the colored border looks bad.

*Sry for bad screenshot quality, but you see how the skin looks.

Description:
--------------------
oUF_viv has been tested with oUF 1.3.21. This layout tries to integrate the player's pet and castbar into the player frame and the target of target and target's castbar into the target frame and thus creating a compact look that saves a lot of screen space. Even though the frames them self can be at a reasonable size, while still providing all necessary information.
2.0 changed quite a lot of things, it may look a little grungy *cough*. You can make it look like 1.x, again. Since all textures and fonts are still included. The previous version (1.2) is being archived and working if you prefer using it. You would miss a lot of new features, though.
3.0 introduced a new look - like always, textures and fonts of previous versions are still included.

If anyone wants to write a "Load on Demand GUI" to replace the setup part with an in-game interface, your very welcome. :)

Features:
* player, focus and target castbar
* compact layout
* five men raids are shown as party
* party hidden in >5 man raids
* druid mana
* textured combo points
* Death Knight runes
* totembar for shamans (via oUF_Totembar)
* a viewport (can be disabled)
* filtered target debuffs (shows player's debuffs, only - can be disabled)
* movable frames (via oUF_MoveableFrames)
* aggro highlight
* debuff highlight
* vehicle support (incl. raid and party)
...
* a lot of options to help customize the look and features (see setup below)

If you are using another resolution than 1680 x 1050, the textures overlaying the viewport (aka the panels on top and bottom) won't fit! There is an option in the config to make them fit: local panelscale = 1.0
Change Log:
--------------------
3.2.003b (25/11/2009)

- Fixed a Lua error in the when sorting the activity pane by auctions or bids, this happened if one of the alts had never visited the AH.
- Fixed a Lua error in the search pane.
- Fixed a Lua error when mousing over the skill level of an unscanned profession in the Skills pane.
- The options tab has been removed, all options are now available in the Blizzard Options panel. A button has been added at the top of the summary tab, for faster access.
- Added an help topic in the options panel. More topics will be added along the way, don't hesitate to ask if you want to see a particular topic.
- Added a "what's new" topic in the options panel.
- Added an option to turn off the broadcast of profession links to the guild channel into DataStore_Crafts. This is what consumes the most bandwidth, so disable it if you/your guild considers this as critical.

3.2.003 (16/11/2009)

- Fixed a compatibility issue with MrTrader (DataStore_Crafts)
- Added the character skill level in the recipe tooltip (in "Could be learned by ..")
- Fixed a Lua error in when trying to get the item count of a missing character.
- Fixed invalid reporting of the number of free bank slots.
- Added a counter in the achievements tooltip to show the amount of completed criterias, this is particulary useful for achievements like "Northrend Gourmet"
- Some achievement categories are now sorted in a custom fashion, rather than alphabetically, in order to show progressive achievements side by side.
- Achievements can now be linked into chat frames. (You will need to relog your alts at least once for this to work).
- Moved the option that manages the mail expiry threshold to DataStore_Mails. It is thus reset to 5 days for everyone, make sure to change it back to whatever you like in the options pane.
- Guild communication has been entirely rewritten.
The bad news is that backwards compatibility is not maintained (way too much work), meaning that you will not see yo...
Description:
--------------------
Hi, my name is Thaoky, and I'm an Altoholic :)

Altoholic is an Ace 3 addon written for people who dedicate most of their time to leveling alts, and who want to have as much information as possible in one addon. The main feature of the addon is the search functionality which allows users to search their alts' bags or loot tables in an Auction-House-like frame (see screenshots). All this with multiple-realms/accounts support.

Paypal donations accepted at : thaoky.altoholic@yahoo.com

About the addon & the author

I've been playing WoW since the European release, and I used to rely on addons like character viewer to check my alts' inventory, but since it was more or less abandoned and not always stable for me, I decided to write an addon myself and to improve the search feature as much as I could. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do :)

The addon has been in development since December 2007 and was officially released in late March 2008. It's still not final, and although it has considerably evolved since the initial release, there are still a lot of things I haven't had time to implement yet.
Please note that this is my first addon, and that English is not my native language.

Features:

- Languages supported: enUS, frFR, deDE, esES, ruRU, zhCN & zhTW.

lcLoot (1.2.8)

Description
lcLoot is a small replacement for the default loot frame (including a grouploot and a masterloot support). It has a "pleasant view".
A distinctive feature of other similar loot-addons is a portrait of looting mob.

Moving the window
You can move the frame by holding down <Alt> and clicking on the title (works only for the main loot window not for a grouloot).

Settings (via ingame config)
type '/lcloot' to show config window
- you can show/hide the portrait window
- you can turn on/off playing sounds while looting
- new you can scale the loot frame
- you can scale the target model
- new grouploot module
- new you can setup position of grouploot window
- new you can scale grouploot frame
- new added simple announce function (to say/party/guild/raid channels)

NOTE!
Many people ask me howto setup addon after 1.2.2 version (where ingame config was delete). From this time you have easy way to config - ingame setup.
You must to do some things:
1) totally uninstall previous version of the addon
2) install this new version
3) ENABLE (for first time) lcLoot and lcLoot_Config
4) ingame: type '/lcloot' and do setting that you need
5) in setup frame click on 'Disable lcLoot_Config'
6) Done

From this point you need only 'lcLoot' module for working.

Please leave a comment here to report a bug. Thanks :)
Note! Atm i'm working at a new version of lcLoot addon (more powerfully, more simply and more likely).

TODO list
- more powerfull announce function
- more powerfull masterloot function

- added scale grouploot frame option

Version 1.2
- added grouploot module
- now you can move grouploot frame at any screen location you need

Version 1.1
- added scale frame and scale portrait options
- fixed some bugs

Version 1.09
- fixed a bug with portrait (while changing the option to show/hide it)
- if your target haven't a portrait (such as fishing loot or tradeskill) than little graphics will be apear

Included data feeds:

If you don't want to see a data feed, configure your broker display to not show them or disable them with /be
. Use /be list to get a list of names and to see which data feeds are enabled or disabled. With /be labels labels on the data feeds can be toggled. Note: if starting the commands with /be does not work for you, use /broker_everything.

If you find any bugs or think something 'essential' (like as essential as a clock) is missing, please leave a comment.
